The Job Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer your role will encompass the following duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with product roadmaps and sales objectives. Work closely with Executive and Sales teams, you will drive the success of launches, promotions, and partner engagements while elevating broker and investor interactions. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to maximise qualified-lead volume and conversion rates. Continually refine, test and optimize budget allocation. Governance of all marketing copy, creative materials, and collateral will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Oversee digital presence including website management, SEO, and analytics, to enhance organic traffic, bounce rates, and funnel conversion Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, lead quality, and funnel health will be achieved through the utilization of tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Power BI. Work in collaboration with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to all advertising guidelines and internal approval processes. You… To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with at least five years of marketing experience that includes leading a small team and managing vendor relationships. Proficiency in GA4, SEO, digital advertising platforms, and campaign analytics is essential for success in this role. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the financial services industry or another regulated industry is highly desirable, as it will provide you with valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that arise in this sector.
